Hemp Seeds


Hemp seeds contain plenty of Protein, healthful fatty acids and fibre. They are wonderful source of Vitamin E, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc.

Two tablespoons of hemp seeds have 90 calories and around 6 grams of fat. Best way to enjoy eating hemp seeds “KEEP SPRINKLING” on salads, fruits, dips, etc. This two tablespoons of HEMP SEEDS serve 2grams of fibre, 5grams of protein, 300grams of potassium, 15% of vitamin A and 25% of our daily iron needs.
