After great workout I need protein shake so I made this which is yummy as well as great source of PROTEIN. As protein is the most important, which we need after exercise to build our muscles.
I am here again, with something very easy to make and full of energy. Amazing health benefits.
- 3 chopped apples, peels and deseeded
- 1 cup chilled soya milk
- 1 cup chilled low fat milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Blend apple in a mixer with little milk. Add soya milk, fat free milk and cinnamon powder and blend again till smooth. Have it immediately 😊
