Whey Protein!


Whenever we make paneer(cottage cheese) at home we get WHEY, which is yellowish liquid after serving paneer(cottage cheese). Don’t throw this Natural Protein Rich left over water of cottage cheese, yogurt hung. The whey in paneer (cottage cheese) and yoghurt is a natural and healthy from of whey that has no side effects. Instead of using  water  to make your dough, use whey instead.
